Complainant is present through Ld. Lawyer.

The case is taken up for Admission hearing.

Perused the petition of complainant along with other documents.

 It appears that the complainant/petitioner is an authorised dealer of foreign liquor and the OP is a distributor/stock supplier of foreign liquor.

The dispute involved in this case is between authorised dealer and distributor.

In no sense of the term ‘consumer’, complaint comes within the purview of definition of consumer.

The dispute as alleged by the complaint is not a consumer dispute as understood in C.P. Act.

 We are afraid, we cannot entertain such complaint.

The case is not maintainable in C.P. Act.

The case as such is not admitted.

Hence,

The instant case being No. CC/07/2019 is dismissed being not maintainable in C.P. Act.

No order as to cost.
