ORDER

Complaint is allowed. O.P. is directed to pay an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- with interest at the rate of 13% p.a. from 01.01.2001 till the date of payment with cost of Rs.1,000/-. O.P. shall pay the amount within two months from the dtae of receipt of this order. The complainant is at liberty to file seperate complaint regarding Rs.1,00,000/- allegedly matured on 02.12.2001. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under certificate of posting.
