ORDER

Compalint is allowed. O.P.s No.1 to 3 are directed to refund Rs.1,00,000/- with interest at the rate of 13% p.a. from 02.12.2000 till the date of payment with cost of Rs.500/-. The amount shall be paid within two months and the complainant should pass discharged voucher as desired by the O.P. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under COP.
