Present: Sh. J.S.Chauhan, Advocate alongwith Complainant No.1.

                                                                                       

                 File taken up today, on the application moved by the learned counsel for the complainant to withdraw the present complaint.       

                   Learned counsel for the complainant alongwith complainant no.1 have suffered their statements to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs. So they do not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

                   In view of the above statements the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
