As per order dated 09.02.2024 contained in letter No.247-250 I am conducting these proceedings singly.
2. Mr. Abhishek Sanghi, Advocate has appeared and filed fresh power of attorney on behalf of complainant. In addition, he has suffered a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint with a liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action before appropriate authority i.e. RERA. His statement in this regard recorded separately.
3. In pursuance of respective statement suffered by Mr. Abhishek Sanghi, counsel for complainant the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before appropriate authority i.e. RERA. File be consigned to the records.
4. Let, original documents be returned to the parties after getting photocopies of that documents from them against proper receipt and as per rules, after noting down in the registered, if maintained.
5. Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.
6. File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
