Mr. Krishan Kumar, complainant No.1 (self), as well as in his capacity as husband of complainant No.2 has appeared in person and suffered following statement:
“Stated that, I do not want to pursue further with present complaint. Hence, I may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint No.1 as well as on behalf of complainant No.2”.
He has been duly identified by his counsel.
2. In pursuance to statement suffered by Mr. Krishan Kumar, complainant No.1, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is ordered accordingly.
3. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for perusal of parties.
