Respondent/complainant states that he has not received the sum of Rs.7,000/- as directed vide order dated 30.10.2012. Petitioner has now handed over the bank draft of Rs.7,000/- to the complainant which has been accepted. After arguments, on instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this revision petition and states that the petitioner shall pay the awarded amount along with cost to the respondent/complainant within four weeks. In view of above, revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
