This case coming on 11.03.2015 for continuation of arguments before us in the presence of Sri T.V.S.K. Kanaka Raju and Smt. M.A.S. Prabha, Advocates for the Complainant and Sri J. Suresh Chandra Reddy & Sri M.V.S. Narayana, Advocates for the Opposite Party and having stood over till this date for consideration, this Forum made the following:

          Full satisfaction memo is filed by the Complainant’s Advocate after issuing notice to the Opposite Party counsel.    Heard both sides.  F.S. is recorded, subject to realization of cheque amount of Rs.75,000/- (Rupees Seventy five thousand only) dated 20.02.2015.   Accordingly, Complaint is closed.
