ORDER

 Counsel for the OPs has given an offer  for payment of Rs.67,600/- to the complainant towards full and final settlement of the case. The offer of the OPs is acceptable to complainant as also its counsel.

                   In this view of the matter it is directed that the OPs shall pay Rs.67,600/- to the complainant within 30 days from today failing which the OPs shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. ­Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned
