ORDER
Heard. The parties have settled the matter. Statement of Sh.Tarunjit Singh Grewal, Counsel for OP and that of Sh.Sandeep Kotla, Counsel for Complainant alongwith Complainant have been recorded, in view of which the present consumer complaint is disposed off being settled. Statement of the parties recorded today shall form a part of this order and shall be binding on both the parties. It is made clear that in case the amount settled is not paid to the complainant by OP as agreed upon, this order shall be treated as executable decree and the complainant shall be at liberty to get the same executed by filing an execution.         Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.

Statement of Sh.Tarunjit Singh Grewal, Counsel for Opposite Party(OP).

 

 

The parties have settled the matter. As per settlement, the OP has agreed to pay a total sum of Rs.36,000/- to the complainant towards full and final settlement in this consumer complaint. The complainant has agreed to the same. The said amount shall be paid within three weeks from today. In the event of failure of payment of this amount, it shall carry on penal interest @ 12% p.a from today i.e. 09.05.2019 till its realization. Appropriate order may be passed.
