AWARD

          Vide his separate statement recorded on 03.12.2024, the ld.Counsel for OP stated that that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as per settlement, an amount of Rs.20,000/- shall be paid by OP to the complainant within 21 days from today-03.12.2024 and this will be towards full & final settlement of the dispute in the present consumer complaint and the complaint be disposed of in the upcoming National Lok Adalat.

2]        The complainant also stated separately that he admits the aforesaid statement of ld.Counsel for OP and the complaint be disposed of accordingly in the upcoming National Lok Adalat.

3]        In view of the above statements, the present complaint stands disposed of by passing the following award:-

The OP is directed to pay an amount of Rs.20,000/- to the complainant within 21 days from 03.12.2024, failing which OP shall make the said payment along with interest @9% per annum from the date of default till final payment.

4]        The award is accordingly passed. Complaint stands disposed of in above terms.

4]        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
