          Present:  Appellant in person

Heard the appellant.   Perused the order dated 3rd March, 2014 passed by the District Forum Shalimar Bagh, Delhi.  Appellant/complainant happened to be the an employee of the respondent bank i.e. Allahabad Bank, Navada Branch, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi.  His services were terminated in the year 1977.  The grievance of the appellant in his complaint was that the OP Bank  had taken a long time in returning his title documents after he had cleared his housing loan in the year 2010.  He had sought compensation for a delay on the part of the OP bank for release of his documents.  Admittedly, the title documents were returned to the appellant by the OP Bank before he filed his complaint before the District Forum.  His grievance stood redressed before filing of the complaint.  It was for this reason that the Ld. District Forum observed that the complaint was not maintainable.

We do not find any infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the Ld. District Forum.  The appeal is hence dismissed in limini.

Copy of this order be provided to the parties free of costs and a copy of this order be also sent to concerned District Forum and thereafter file be consigned to record room.
