ORDER

Today the case was fixed for evidence of the complainant. However, Shri Sukhbir Dhaka, Advocate appeared and made a statement that he has no instructions to appear on behalf of the complainant in the present case and complainant is not coming even after repeated telephonic calls. Therefore, he withdraws his Vakalatanama. Case called up after lunch but none has appeared on behalf of the complainant.

But Neither complainant nor any representative on his behalf has appeared wherefrom it is presumed that complainant is not interested to pursue the present the present complaint. It is already 3.30 P.M. Waited sufficiently. No further wait would be justified. Accordingly we have no option except to dismiss the present complaint. Hence, the present case is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
