                                    The appellant has filed an application stating therein that the parties have amicably settled the dispute out of Court and as such the appellant does not want to press the appeal.  An application to that effect has been filed. 

                                    The said application is taken on record and is marked as Ex. “X” for identification.  The same shall be treated as an order and shall be binding and enforceable between the parties as provided under The Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987.

                                    In view of the aforesaid application as prayed the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
