ORDER

None present for the appellant.

On 18.05.2015 counsel for appellant sought time to furnish extra sets of appeal memo and copy of the impugned order.  Thereafter none appeared for the appellant on 02.06.2015.  On 09.07.2015 counsel for appellant sought time to submit Scheme regarding waiver of loan which could not be filed before the Forum. Today none is present for the appellant.  This delayed tactic itself shows that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal.  The appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
