17.03.2021                The case record is put up today on the strength of put up petition filed by the complainant. The case is fixed on dtd.10.05.2021 for filing of version by O.Ps.The Complainant is present along with his advocate and files petition in shape of affidavit which was accepted.  The complainant has prayed that the claim amount is received by him in his Bank Account. The complainant do not want to proceed with the case further.

 

                                    In view of withdraw petition, the present complaint case is hereby dropped as withdrawn.
