Jagpal Singh son of Sh. Balvir Singh resident of house no.86, ward no.11, sagro wali gali near hanuman mandir, Gharaunda, district Karnal.

1. Allahabad Bank branch office at shop no.179, anajmandi Gharaunda district Karnal, through its branch manager.
2. SBI General Insurance Company Ltd. having its branch office at SCO no.388-389, near guru harkirshan school, mugal canal, Karnal through its branch manager.
3. Deputy Director of agriculture department, Karnal having its office at opposite old court, near mahatma Gandhi chowk, Karnal.

                Today the case is fixed for notice to the OP-1. No anyone has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant. Notice could not be issued for want of copy of complaint. Position remained the same on the last eight adjourned dates. Case called several times since morning. It is already 04:00 PM. It appears that complainant is no more interested to pursue his case. There is no justification to adjourn the case further for the same purpose as complaint pertains to year 2020.

                Hence, in view the above facts, the present complaint is hereby dismissed. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
