ORDER

The parties have amicably settled the matter. The counsel for OP No.2 has offered Rs.5000/- to the complainant to be  paid within one month.  The offer of the  counsel for OP No.2 has been accepted by the counsel for OP No.2. Both the parties have appended a note on the complaint itself regarding the compromise.  The counsel for the complainant has also appended a note  that he wants to withdraw the complaint.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OP  No.2 shall pay a sum of 5000/- to the complainant within 30 days from today  failing which the OP  NO.2 shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made.  Hence the complaint stands  dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied. 

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
