This case was received by transfer on 03/10/2017 in compliance of the order dated 23/06/2017 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission. Since then, the complainant is not appearing inspite of the fact that, the Learned Counsel for the complainant was informed by this Forum. Since, the complainant is not appearing before this Forum, there appears no justification for further proceedings in this case. The case is dismissed in absence of the complainant.
