This order is arising out of the MA being no- 246/2018 filed by the complainant, Consumer Complaint no- 248/2018 praying for amendment in the petition of complaint.

 

In the application it is stated by the complainant that during pendency of this complaint the complainant has received one letter dt. 06.06.2018 in connection with repayment of loan by the OP Bank has claimed an amount of Rs. 2,17,765/- from the complainant.

According to the complainant the abovementioned fact is required to be incorporated in the petition of complaint for proper effective adjudication of the complaint. According to the complainant if this proposed amendment is not allowed the complainant will suffer irreparable loss and injury. Accordingly the prayer is made by the complainant for allowing this application.

 

Upon considering the abovementioned application in our view that as the proposed amendment will not change the nature and character of this complaint, hence in the interest of Natural Justice the prayer of the complainant should be allowed.

 

Hence it is ordered that the MA 246/2018  is hereby allowed.

 

Fix 31.10.2018  for filing amended complaint showing such amendment as mentioned in the Schedule of amendment by the complainant.

 

Let plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per the CPR, 2005.
