Heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant.

The allegation of the complainant that inspite of request made to the o.p.s, his account has not been transferred to Hatibagan Branch. On the basis of the said fact the complainant filed this case.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant prayed for issuance of notice to the o.p.s.

On perusal of the petition it appears that the complainant was an employee of Allahabad Bank and he was asked to produce the Pass Book of the Bank both at Cossimbazar Branch and Hatibagan Branch. Though the Pass Book of Hatibagan Branch produced but the Pass Book issued by Cossimbazar Branch was not produced.

The complainant’s advocate claim that complainant was an employee of the Bank and he has retired from service but on asking further questions to the Ld. Advocate for the complainant it was revealed that the complainant has been dismissed from the service.

Since the allegation of the complainant is not believable as against the o.ps therefore we are not inclined to issue notice against the o.p.s.

As such the case is dismissed in limine.
