Complainant absent continuously for the last three consecutive postings. On his application a legal aid counsel was appointed to assist him. The counsel submitted that complainant is not turning up even after informing him. The case is posted for cross examination of complainant. Since the complainant is continuously absent the complaint is dismissed for default. No costs.
