This is a petition filed by the Petitioners/Complainants under Section 27 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying this Commission to direct the opposite party to pay the amount and penalty with immediate effect and punish the Opposite party with imprisonment of three years for not complying the order dated 03.03.2017 in the above case, in the circumstances of the case.

It is evident from the record that this matter is posted to this day for the 3rd time for the appearance of the Petitioners, but there is no representation on behalf of the Petitioners from 02.06.2017. Hence, the matter was ordered to be posted under dismissal caption, even then, the Petitioners are not evincing any interest, it seems that they are not interested to prosecute the petition any further. In the circumstances, the petition is dismissed for default.
