            Neither the complainant nor her Advocate is present on repeated calls.

            Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant. Despite order dated 11.03.2022, complainant fails to file any show cause. There is also no prayer on the part of the complainant for extension of time to file show cause. On scrutiny of the record, it appears to us that complainant was directed to file E/chief and BNA vide order dated 22.02.2022. In spite of such order complainant failed to file E/chief and BNA on  11.03.2022.  Thus, we are of the view that the complainant is not interested to proceed the case anymore.

In view of the above aspect, the Consumer Complaint is dismissed for default.
