The appellant has no representation on this date.  The appellant had no representation consecutively on previous two posting dates.  Since the appellant had no representation on 22.10.2024, notice was issued to the learned counsel for the appellant.  However, there is no representation for the appellant even after service of notice on the learned counsel for the appellant.  From the conduct of the appellant, we are satisfied that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter.  In the said circumstances, we are inclined to dismiss this appeal for non-prosecution. 

In the result, this appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
