1.       Mr. Ravi Prakash Mishra, Head, Legal & Regulatory, of the Petitioners had appeared today before us in pursuance of the order dated 06-02-2019 and submitted that the earlier mobile number which was issued by Idea Cellular Ltd. to the Respondent cannot be issued as it has gone back to Idea Cellular Ltd.; however, the Petitioners are prepared to give any of the platinum number to the Respondent without any charges and shall also make payment of compensation, etc., as awarded by the State Commission.

2.       The Respondent, who is appearing in person is agreeable to the said proposal, however, he has submitted that the matter be given a quietus and the Petitioners will not agitate the matter any further to which Mr. Ravi Prakash Mishra has conveyed his acceptance.

3.       In order to give a quietus to the entire issue, we dispose of this Revision Petition with a direction to the Petitioners to give a number in the platinum series to the Respondent without any extra charges and also pay the compensation awarded by the State Commission within four weeks.
