Hd. Ld.adv are present about pecuniary jurisdiction .

About the maintainability of the case it is found that total value of the agreement is more that twenty seven lakhs so it exceeds pecuniary jurisdiction of this Forum apparently and for which this Forum has no jurisdiction to decide the Consumer dispute .

In the premises the present complaint is not maintainable as per provision of Section II of the CP Act and thus it is rejected .

Complainant to file the complaint before proper jurisdiction at once it is not otherwise barred.
