Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant.  On call the complainant is found absent.  It appears from the record that on 24.10.2017 the complainant was directed to take fresh steps but complainant was not taken any steps upon the O.Ps. and for this reason the complainant was directed to show cause by the date fixed i.e. on 18.12.2017.  Today the complainant is also found absent and the reply of the show cause has not been given before this Forum.  Hence, it appears that complainant has lost her interest to this case.
