Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainants.  On call the complainants are found absent.  It appears from the record that on 24.10.2017 the complainants were directed to take fresh steps but complainants were not taken any steps upon the O.Ps. and for this reason the complainants were directed on 21.11.2017 to show cause by the date fixed i.e. on 18.12.2017.  Today the complainants are also found absent and the reply of the show cause has not been given before this Forum.  Hence, it appears that complainants have lost their interest to this case. that the case be and the same is dismissed for default without any cost.
