This order is arising out of the application filed by the complainants on 12.03.2018 with a prayer to permit the complainants to withdraw the case with a liberty to file afresh in due time and pass necessary order.

After hearing the matter from the ld. Counsel for the complainants, we are of the opinion that as the complainants are not willing to proceed with this complaint further and intends to withdraw the same, so we are of the opinion that the prayer of the complainants should be allowed.

Hence, it is

O r d e r e d

that the Consumer Complaint being No. 124/2016 be and the same is disposed of as withdrawal with a liberty to the complainants to file the complaint afresh within the stipulated period of limitation as per provisions of law.

            Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
