Today is fixed for S.R. & A.D. against O.P.No.1 & 2 and filing of W.V. by O.P.No.3. But the complainant files a petition stating that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties. The complainant also stated that he wants to withdraw the case as the dispute has already been settled by the O.P. Heard, considered and allowed the petition of the complainant.

Hence, it is

ORDERED

That the C.C.No.02 of 2020 be and the same is dismissed for non prosecution without any cost.

Let the copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
