The Ld. Counsel for the Complainant is present by filing hazira. No service returns are yet been received. Today the Complainant has submitted one petition on affidavit stating that as the grievance of the Complainant has already been settled by the OPs amicably out of this Ld. Forum, he is not interested to proceed with this complaint further and hence prays for disposal of the Complaint in the ground of non-prosecution.
We have carefully perused the content of the petition filed by the Complainant on affidavit. It is seen by us as the Complainant is not inclined to proceed further with this complaint and prays for dismissal as the dispute has already been settled by the OPs amicably out of this Forum hence it is ordered that the complaint be dismissed due to non-prosecution.
Let a copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
