Complainant is absent with step.

It is now 1.30pm On repeated calls neither the complainant nor any body for complainant is found present either to file case or take step.

It appears that Complainant was found absent on previews dates without any step.

In view of above facts and circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

Accordingly, this case is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, it is 

ORDERED

That the CC No 3/2016 be and same is here by DISMISSED FOR DEFAULT but without cost.

Let a plane copy to this Order be given to the parties free of cost if applied for.
