Considering the fact of the case and perusing the record it is revealed that the complainant is a businessman and has a business of Steel Almirah and during continuation of this business the complainant supplied some products i.e. Steel Almirah towards the OP and the OP has to pay the consideration of the same for which the OP was/is failed to pay.

Considering all aspects, it is clearly evident the Complainant is a ‘Service Provider’ and not the ‘Consumer under the C. P. Act, 1986.

Thus, the case is hence be and same is rejected on admission with liberty to file the same before the proper Forum/ Court.
