Comlainant   is   absent   today  without  any   steps.  The case   has  been    fixed  for   admission  hearing    . It  is     seen   from  record   that  the    complainant   file   his  case   on   2/8/2022 . Accordingly  , the  case   was   registered  &    fixed  for   admission  hearing   on    12/8/2022.The  complainant  took      adjournments   on    25/8/22  &   1/11/22  .We   have   found    that   the     complainant   was    continuously  absent   on  several    dates   in  the   year   2022   as   well  as   on   18/1/23,  10/3/23  &    26/4/23.  The  case   is   pending   in  the  stage   of  admission hearing. We   are  of  the   view   that  the   complainant   is  not   interested   to  proceed    with    the  case  &   accordingly  , the  case  is  dismissed   for   default.
