None appears for the appellant. Respondent is present in person.

 Considered the petition for condonation of delay. It appears that there is delay of 1912 days in filing appeal but the same has not explained properly. Each day of delay in filing appeal should be explained but the matter is disposed of in 2017 the appeal filed in 2022. Moreover, the impugned order shows that the O.P participated in the hearing.

The respondent(O.P) opposed the petition for  condonation of delay.

In view of the aforesaid discussion,  we are of the view that there is no sufficient cause to condone the delay. Hence the petition for limitation is rejected and consequently,  appeal stands dismissed.
