            Complainant absent though notice was served.  Hence we are of the view that the complainant is not interested in adducing evidence.  The complainant has not produced any reliable documentary evidence along with the complaint, not even filed a copy of the complaint alleged to have been filed at the police station.  The alleged policy issued to him or its copy also not produced.  There is absolutely no materials to substantiate that the complainant has paid Rs.9111/- to the 1^st opposite party.  There is absolutely no materials produced along with the complaint to substantiate the case of the complaint.

            In the result complaint stands dismissed.

            No costs.
