Present:           Complainant in person.

                        Sh.Mukul, Assistant Manager on behalf of OP

           

                        Mr. Mukul filed authorization letter on behalf of OP. He got recorded his statement that the OP will pay Rs.7831/- (Seven thousand eight hundred thirty one) to the complainant within 20 days from today.

                        Agreed by the aforesaid statement, complainant got recorded his statement to withdraw the present case.

                        In view of the statements, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  Parties are directed to remain bound by their statements made today before this Commission.  Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to the record room.
