Manan (minor) aged 1 years through guardian Shri Ravi Gulati (father), resident of H.No.214, Dharamveer Colony, Gharaunda, Karnal.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                Shri Dheeraj Sachdeva, counsel for the OP.

 

               

                Today the case is fixed for compromise.  Learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that complaint filed by the complainant alongwith documents be read as part and parcel of evidence of complainant and close the evidence on behalf of complainant.

                Learned counsel for the OP suffered his separate statement to the effect that written version alongwith documents filed by the OP be read as part and parcel of evidence of OP and close the evidence on behalf of OP.

                Before adjourning the case, both the learned counsel for parties appeared and submitted that the matter has been compromised and suffered their separate statements.  

                Learned counsel for OP suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromise with the complainant and OP is ready to pay an amount of Rs.20,000/- to the complainant being full and final settlement within two weeks from the date of receipt of order.

                Learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for the OP, he withdraws the present complaint being compromise.

                In view of the above statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both the parties will remain bound by their statements. Parties concerned be communicated the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
