     The applicant/OP has filed two separate applications for stay as well as review of the order dated 2.5.2022.

     At this stage, vide separate statement, counsel for the applicant/OP has stated that the applicant/OP wants to file appeal against the impugned order, hence the present application may be dismissed as withdrawn.

     In view of the statement made by the counsel for applicant/OP, recorded separately, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn.
