22.08.2024: None of the parties are present. Gone through foregoing Orders more particularly the last Order. Considered the fact that the proceeding in the case has been slated for cross-examination of the complainant. But in view of the apparent negligent conduct on the part of the complainant to turn up for his cause, despite the last Order which carried a virtual warning to the complainant, this Commission deems it proper to dismiss the proceeding on ground of disinterest of the complainant in his case and for non-prosecution. The case accordingly is dismissed for default and stands disposed of.
