Counsel for the complainant recorded to the effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties and as per the compromise, the OPs have already paid the amount of Rs.40,000/- through NEFT in the bank account bearing No. 30202240791, State Bank of India, Branch Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur of the Complainant. As such, the complainant does not want to proceed further with present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

In view of statement suffered by Ld.Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
