Matter is placed before the Lok Adalat (Grahak Madhyastata Samadhan) as per order dated 28.11.2022 of this Commission.
Both the parties are present with their respective Advocates.
Heard the parties present as to settlement of the dispute in between the parties.
MA/799/2022 is taken up for consideration. No objection is raised for the complainant. Prayer of the OPs for appointment of Commissioner for execution and registration of deed of conveyance on their behalf is allowed for ends of justice.
MA being No. 799/2022 is thus disposed of.
In the instant case prayer of the complainant is for execution and registration of the of the deed of conveyance of scheduled car parking space in favour of the complainant. Submission of the OPs has already been reflected in MA/799/2022.
In view of the above, the following order is passed:
OPs are directed to execute and register the Deed of Conveyance of scheduled car parking space in favour of the complainant within 60 days from the date of this order.
The OPs to submit draft deed of conveyance along with copy of agreement for sale for verification of the same immediately.
All the procedure of execution and registration of the deed of conveyance be completed within the stipulated period. Parties are to take necessary steps in the mean time.
The CDF Unit-II CC No. 251/2022 is thus disposed of on settlement. The complainant is at liberty to put the matter in Execution if the OPs transgress to comply the order.
Note in the relevant register accordingly.

Record is put up on prayer of the Complainant.
Ld. Advocate for the Complainant and the OPs-1, 3 to 5 are present. A petition is field by the parties present with the prayer for appointment of Commissioner for execution and Registration of Deed of Conveyance in favour of the complainant. Draft Deed of Conveyance has been verified by the Office of this Commission. Deed of Conveyance in original is submitted for the Complainant for the purpose of registration of the Deed of Conveyance in favour of the Complainant of the car parking space in question through this Commission.
Ld. Advocate for the Complainant prayed for execution and registration of the Deed of Conveyance in favour of the Complainant through machinery of this Commission and no objection has been raised for the OPs-1, 3 to 5. Prayer of the Complainant has already been allowed by this Commission.
The Deed of Conveyance is being executed by this Commission on behalf of all the OPs.
Perused the final Deed which is found in order.
This Commission has executed the Deed of conveyance and authorized the Commission’s Registrar to present the executed Deed before the Registrar, Registering Authority and for putting signature and other acts on behalf of this Commission for completion of registration.
Registering Authority is requested to do the needful in this regard to complete the registration of the present Deed of Conveyance in favour of complainant, Smt. Ayetri Bhattacharya, in respect of the car parking space in question having 150 sq. ft. more or less according to Agreement for Sale lying and situated at Premises No. 51/2A, Karaya Road, P.S.-Karaya, Kolkata-700019.
The Complainant shall be present at the time of registration of the Deed of conveyance along with Registrar of this Commission and Complainant shall bear all sorts of fees, tax, etc. for registration.
Sri Swattik Kumar Pramanik, Registrar of this Commission is hereby authorized to act on behalf of this Commission for presentation of the present Deed of Conveyance and to do all such and other act for final registration of the present Deed of Conveyance in the mean time.
Signature of Sri Swattik Kumar Pramanik is hereby attested.
Along with Deed of Conveyance, the copy of this order shall be tagged as part of the Deed.
Report of the Registrar about registration of the Deed of Conveyance be submitted within one month from the date of this order.
