          I have settled the matter with M/s. Ajnara India Limited (OP) and have received an amount of Rs. 6,10,869/- vide demand draft no. 847649 dated 10.10.2018 and Rs. 3,15,385/- vide demand draft no. 847648 dated 10.10.2018, as full and final settlement through settlement deed dated 16.10.2018 duly signed by the company’s authorized signatory and the complainant also.

ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Shri Bhushan Lal Jain, Complainant have received total amount of        Rs. 9,26,254/- [Rs. 6,10,869/- vide demand draft no. 847649 dated 10.10.2018 and Rs. 3,15,385/- vide demand draft no. 847648 dated 10.10.2018], as full and final settlement through settlement deed dated 16.10.2018 duly signed by the company’s authorized signatory and the complainant also.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
