No one appears for the petitioner.  The petition has been filed after a delay of 256 days.  Even if we condone this undue delay, we see absolutely no reason to interfere with the order passed by the State Commission, which is eminently justified.  The complainant has

been awarded most reasonable relief, which could have possibly expected from a consumer fora.

The revision petition is accordingly dismissed on both counts.
