                                                     ORDER
 
       Complainant and opposite party No.1 present. Opposite party Nos.2 & 3 represented. The matter is settled between the parties. As per settlement opposite party No.1 undertakes to pay Rs.5000/-(Rupees five thousand only) to the complainant within 2 months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 
         Therefore, opposite party No.1 is directed to pay Rs.5000/- to the complainant within 2 months from the date of receipt of copy of order, failing which the said amount will carry interest @9% per annum from the date of complaint till payment. No order as to costs .
