            The complainant filed this complaint for getting compensation from the  opposite parties. 

Points : (1)Whether there is any deficiency in service  on  the part of                                     opposite  parties?

             (2)Relief and cost ?

Points 1 and 2 :- All the opposite parties after receiving  notice from the  forum, not appeared.  Hence they were set exparte.

          Complainant filed chief affidavit and 7 documents.  The documents were  marked as Ext. P1 to P7 .  Ext. P1  is the agreement dated  15.09.2010 executed  by the 1^st opposite party.  Ext.P2  is the letter dated 20.09.2010.  Ext. P3 is the  programme cancel l  letter.  Ext.P4 is the show card.  Ext.P5 Advocate notice.  Ext.P6 Postal receipt.  Ext. P7 Acknowledgement  Card.  Through the complaint, chief affidavit and documents, the complainant proved  his  case.  As the opposite parties did not adduce any evidence, we are constraint  to  rely upon the evidence of  the complainant.  From the evidence of the complainant we are of the  opinion that there is  deficiency

in service on the part of opposite parties.    Hence the complainant  is  entitled to get relief.

          In the  result the complaint  is allowed in part.  1^st opposite party is directed to pay Rs. 10,000/- as compensation to the complainant. 

          Further all the opposite parties are directed  to pay Rs.2000 as cost  to the complainant.  The order has  to be  complied with within one month   from the date of receipt  of  this order
