Learned counsel Smt. Shashi Yogeshwar for the appellant as well as learned counsel Sh. Shreegopal Narson for respondent has appeared through video conferencing.

As the matter in dispute has been resolved between the parties out of the court, hence no controversy remains now between the parties and the appeal has become infructuous.

Today an application has been moved on behalf of the appellant alleging that the complaint of the respondent has been resolved by the appellant and both the parties are fully satisfied after the settlement, hence the matter be decided in National Lok Adalat and the statutory amount of Rs. 2,500/- deposited in Commission be returned to the appellant – department.

The above application is hereby allowed and the deposits, if any, in the Commission be returned to the appellant.

Electricity connection has been installed at the place according to the desire of the respondent, hence now there is no dispute between the parties and the matter has become infructuous.  So the appeal is accordingly decided.  No order as to costs.

A copy of the order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal and necessary compliance.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith the copy of the order.
