Heard counsel for the petitioner. The revision is directed against concurrent findings of two fora below. The orders of the State Commission and District Forum show that there is discrepancy writ large on the part of the present petitioner in providing services to complainants who went to Dubai as tourists and had to suffer. In fact, the agencies who book or sponsor such tours are required to give entire information to the tourists and also make the bookings after taking into consideration the requirements of the tourists. In our opinion, no case has been made out for interference in exercise of revisional jurisdiction under Section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 as we do not find any illegality, material irregularity or jurisdictional error in the orders of the fora below. The revision is accordingly dismissed with no order as to costs.
