             Learned counsel for the parties submits that the matter has been settled out of court. 

            In the circumstances, learned counsel for the appellant submits that this appeal may be dismissed as not pressed.

           The amount deposited by the appellant under Sec.15 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 as pre-deposit, shall be allowed to be withdrawn by the appellant.

           The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
